As Finance Controller reporting to the cluster CFO you will manage the full financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and performance monitoring processes for the Commercial Operations to support business decisions.

**WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSIONS AT BIOMÉRIEUX?**
- Prepares and analyzes consolidated Management Reporting on actuals, forecasts and prior fiscal year for the Commercial Operations in Iberia.
- Plans, drives, analyzes, and assist in the preparation and review of the Budget & LBE for Iberia in accordance with the corporate guidelines and timelines.
- In partnership with the company’s cost center owners, manages the expenses, focusing on Operating Expenses and Headcount budgeting, forecasting and spending targets.
- Analyzes actual operating results versus PY and Budget, identifies key financial and operating issues to be addressed and followed up, and ensures data accuracy.
- Develops financial modeling, financial analysis, decision modeling, reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on Consolidated Profitability
- Manages and supervises transfer prices into SAP.
- Collaborates with Tax&Accounting teams, especially during closing process.
- Provides support during financial audits.
**WHO ARE YOU?**
- Bachelor degree (Finance or Business Administration will be desirable)
- Experience of 5-7 years in a multinational environment in FP&A, audit or financial controlling activities
- Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysing skills
- Business partnering and team playing skills
- Advanced SAP & Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Power Point)
- Proficiency in English & Spanish. Portuguese will be valuable.
- Resilience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.
- Good organization and project management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Travelling might be required.
