**Your mission**:
Glovo's presence in several countries in the African continent, needs careful and dynamic legal support. That's why we are looking for a hard-worker and hands-on Jr. Lawyer that will work with the HQ and local Legal Team, managing the day to day implications in the business in several countries in the African region

**The journey**:

- Be part of the LegalTeam, focus on the Africa region, reporting to HQ Legal Team
- Manage and provide consultation in the day-to-day legal implications of the company related, among others, to contracts, corporate, labor, compliance, litigation, privacy, consumer law, etc.
- Collaborate with external law firms
- Be in direct contact with Business Teams, providing your legal advice in a pragmatic way, to ensure that business projects can legally materialize
- Review various types of legal documents such as corporate documents, agreements and contracts, terms and conditions, policies, claims, etc.
- Support and assess all the players involved in the business and new projects
- Get your hands dirty - when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix it

**What you will bring to the ride**:

- Graduated in law and admitted to legal practice
- LLM in relevant areas of law is a plus
- At least 1/2 years experience in a reputed law firm/big4 a
- Advanced English and French is a must
- Knowledge of other languages (specially Spanish) is a plus
- Capacity to tackle issues relating to different fields of law including contracts, corporate, labor, privacy, antitrust, etc
- Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologies

- Organized and detail-oriented person
- Able to summarize complex matters in simple but complete and accurate recommendations
