- The language services team within ICON is seeking highly skilled and experienced COA associate project manager to coordinate projects related to COAs

Responsibilities:

- Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of COA projects, ensuring alignment with Industry standards & regulatory requirements,
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and technology specialists, to define scope, timelines and deliverables
- Managing relationships with language services providers and translation vendors,
- Developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring progress to ensure successful COA project outcomes,
- Facilitating communication and stakeholder engagement to promote collaboration and address any project-related challenges.
- Staying current with Industry trends and advancements in patient care technologies to drive innovation and improve project deliveries.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

- Bachelor's degree in life science, linguistic project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in COA/translation project management, clinical research, translation and localization,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines, with high quality standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
- Fluency in English is essential, any additional language would be a strong asset
- Strong technical skills, familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools,
- Quality oriented and problem-solving abilities
