**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Finance**: Collaborate closely with the Head of Group Tax & Treasury to develop and implement a financing strategy that aligns with our company's objectives, working hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders.

**Liquidity Management**: Monitor and manage liquidity, taking the lead in evolving our liquidity planning in collaboration with Group Controlling and Group Accounting.

**Working Capital Optimization**: Provide valuable support for working capital management and optimization at both Group and national company levels.

**Risk Management**: Conduct regular risk analyses, develop hedging strategies, and assist with international insurance programs to safeguard our financial stability.

**Digital Transformation**: Drive the digitalization of treasury processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Market Analysis**: Continuously analyze the market environment in the treasury field, translating insights into actionable strategies.

**Financial Relationships**: Act as a primary point of contact for banks, offering support for both external and internal reporting.

**Guideline Optimization**: Play a pivotal role in optimizing group guidelines for the treasury area, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

**M&A Support**: Provide valuable support in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: A completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance or a related field.

**Treasury Expertise**: A minimum of 5 years of relevant treasury experience within an international company, with a specific focus on treasury accounting and liquidity planning.

**Cash Flow Master**: Detailed knowledge and experience in cash flow planning within an international context.

**Risk Management**: Expertise in financial risk management and liquidity optimization.

**Communication Skills**: Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Market Acumen**: A strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and compliance.

**Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in treasury management systems and advanced financial software.
