Review the complete list of Operating Producers (100+) together with its responsible and update/clarify when necessary - Prepare orders - Coordination with logistics companies for pickup, delivery and customs clearance - Assist manufacturing department with labelling and packaging of products - Online help-desk: customer service for logistics related questions - Shipping: track parcels, follow orders placed to strategic suppliers and ensure the timely receipt of materials
