We're looking for a Health & Safety technician to join the team in Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla or Málaga We're Getir, the pioneers of ultra-fast grocery delivery, that delivers in minutes and works for everyone. The Health & Safety team is responsible for having safety operations, assisting stores to have safe working conditions by identifying hazards and driving corrective and preventive actions together with relevant stakeholders upon them. Ensuring our compliance with safety rules and policies and planning the best safety training to improve our team skills. Working everyday to ensure we have a safe environment to work in by identifying dangers and minimizing risks. Safety is our number 1 priority at Getir **What You Will Do** - As a member of Spain's "Servicio de Prevención propio" you will be performing H&S related duties. - Perform Store and task risk assessments. - Perform recurrent audits in our stores to assess our compliance with regards to equipment, vehicles and hygiene - Responsible for informing staff about safety standards (reinforce safety message) - Hold concise safety briefings and regular training sessions. - Report courier driving infractions during field observations (in warehouses) or Geo System - Manage safety and diligence projects in your region - Analysis/investigation of on site accidents when it is required **What you need** - Must have a Health and Safety Spanish degree (Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, 3 specialities). - At least 1-2 years experience as Health & Safety technician/specialist - Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills - Proven ability to manage uncertainty and operate successfully within a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills - Spanish mandatory, English and/or Portuguese desirable - Previous experience preparing reports, working in Office and/or Google environment. - Flexible and available for travel, you will be traveling around 50% of your time to the stores within your region. **Desirable** - Experience in occupational road safety.
