**Job responsibilities**:
**Your role will be**:

- **Support with the coordination and administration activities which pass through the HR Team including the HR Director.**:

- **Support with any payroll related tasks as and when required.**:

- **Assist with different aspects of the employee recruitment and onboarding process.**:

- **Support the organisation of trainings (in person & virtual), workshops, events and engagement activities.**:

- **Track and monitor completion and compliance of HR activities and trainings to ensure appropriate compliance.**:

- **Manage, support, contribute and coordinate HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:

- **A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.**:

- **You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.**:

- **You're diligent, proactive and eager to learn and contribute.**:

- **You show excellent organisational and time-management skills.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**:

- **Strong verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.**:

- **A passion for fashion and our product.**:

- **Fluent in English (another language desirable).**:

- **You must be eligible for an internship in Spain.**:

- **You're able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university.
