The future job incumbent will have the opportunity to drive excellence in the delivery of HR services in a highly professional and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with business leaders and different HR stakeholders, especially the HR Service Centre delivering core HR services to the geography.

In this position, you will be responsible for local HR practices including labour and government relations, local policies and procedures, local reward services, reporting and compliance, supporting Tetra Pak Hispania (Spain and Portugal)
The position reports to the Head of HR Country Services Iberia and will be based in Arganda Del Rey (Madrid). You are expected to be in regular contact with the entities under responsibility, so some travel might be included.

**What you will do**:
In this role, you will:

- Lead the review of local rewards strategy, policies and guidelines in the country.
- Drive labour relations strategy in the countries and managing relations with appropriate bodies.
- Act as a link between employees and managers in case of conflicts and recommending corrective actions.
- Advise local regulations and updates where appropriate for role. Ensures compliance with local regulations.
- Manage internal /external audits and labour suits.
- Manage government relations and reporting.
- Implement and governs applicable local country policies. Propose and drives a modification of employee's handbooks.
- Support HR Business Partners in driving Employee Engagement actions for local country specific issues.
- Secure legal compliance of HR processes and drives alignment with global processes where possible.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation related to Occupational Health and Safety.

**Who you are**:
We believe you have:

- Approx. 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in manufacturing environment
- Experience across major elements of HR management with special attention on stakeholder and project management skills.
- 3+ years of expertise in HR Services in a multinational environment
- 3+ years’ experience in negotiations and labour law
- International mindset, experience in a matrix organization
- University Degree, preferably in the field of HR/Economics/Labour Law
- Language skills: Native in Spanish, full proficiency in English, Portuguese is good to have.
