We are seeking for a Groups Manager join our team in Málaga. As a Groups Manager you will coordinate the Groups & Incentives Department in accordance with the directives of the central management, and to ensure that the objectives set by the company are met.

**Responsabilities**:

- Coordinate Groups & Incentives team of Málaga to attend our clients’ needs.
- Provide fast and efficient response to incoming commercial quotations.
- Ensure quality and efficiency of the operations (deadlines, customer-supplier invoicing...)
- Develop an Annual Budget that meets the company's objectives.
- Being the point of contact for providers, suppliers, incoming agency and tour operator to ensure the quality of the service.
- Prepare and send detailed proposals and power point presentations to clients.
- Negotiating prices with suppliers.
- Providing detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the information they need.
- Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- High English level. Other languages as German will be evaluated.
- Availability to travel.
- Degree in Tourism or similar
- Own vehicle.
