**Job Purpose**
The job holder will support audit planning, perform Compliance audits and Risk Analysis in iOCC and Operations Engineering areas including their contracted providers, perform audit tracking, administration and follow-up of all actions presented
**Main Accountabilities**
- Is accountable for the execution of the iOCC and Operations Engineering Audit and inspections plan presented to AESA in a yearly basis
- Is accountable to perform AD-HOC risk-based audits and inspections
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Perform and conduct audits in the iOCC (Operations Control Center / Flight Dispatch) and Operations Engineering.
- Prepare and deliver reports, as per requirements, upon completion of inspections or audits.
- Identify and record any non-conformities and the necessary evidence to support them.
- Follow up on proposed resolutions to detected non-conformities until closure.
- Verify the adequacy of corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare checklists for the performance of audits.
- Provide recommendations to the Compliance Monitoring Manager regarding the conduct of audits, procedures, and related documentation.
- Assist the Compliance Monitoring Manager in designing and monitoring a set of CPI's for the iOCC and Operations Engineering area.
- Conduct investigations related to iOCC and Operations Engineering, risk analysis, and Safety Action Groups, when requested.
- Preparation of operational safety reports, based on SPI and risk, for presentation at the Safety Action Groups (SAG) and SCRB to the nominated managers and Accountable Manager
- Operational safety risk analysis, determine the likelihood and severity of operational safety risk of identified hazards.
- Assist the Safety Manager in designing and monitoring a set of SPI's for the iOCC and Operations Engineering area.

**Education**
Completed aviation-related college or university degree
**Experience**
- Experience in flight dispatch activities, operations engineering of 2 years
- Ideally experience in compliance monitoring (inspections, auditing) of 1 years
- Knowledge of aviation regulations (ICAO / EASA / FAA etc.)
**Competencies**
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in team and independently
**Languages**
- English: C1
- Spanish
**Other**:
At least 20% of the time out of office for duty travel
