Como Assistant Store Manager en Levi Strauss & Co. tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno donde se celebran los cambios y las ideas. Representaras la imagen de la marca y los valores mientras trabajas junto con el Store Manger para gestionar eficazmente el equipo y las operaciones de tienda.
Partes clave del puesto:
- Trabajar con el Store Manager para llegar a los KPI’s e implementar oportunidades de negocio.
- Proporcionar targets diarios y semanales al equipo de venta para mejorar los resultados de la tienda.
- Monitorizar los KPIs y el desempeño del equipo preparando reportes e informando al Store Manager de los planes de acción.
- Controlar los costes y las operaciones de tienda, tales como el stock, nóminas y los procesos administrativos.
- Inspirar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo a través de formación, coaching y conocimiento del producto.
- Asumir la responsabilidad de la tienda cuando el Store Manger esté ausente.
- Garantizar fuertes estándares de Visual Merchandising en toda la tienda
- Apasionado por la marca y alineado con nuestros valores.
- Fuertes habilidades en la Atención al cliente y experiência previa en liderar y desarrollar un equipo.
- Experiência en trabajar e impulsar los KPIs y los targets de venta en un entorno de tienda muy dinámico.
- Experiência previa en gestión de las operaciones de tienda, stock y tareas administrativas.
- Habilidad para motivar e impulsar al equipo para superar los KPIs
