Join our Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT to drive innovation in a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Technical Product Lead, you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions, such as AI-Powered Drug Development, Generative AI, and Digital Twins. Are you ready to make a difference?
**Accountabilities**
- Provide consultancy for Data, Analytics and AI products to business and IT project teams.
- Support the development of technical products that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with DA&AI teams to design and deploy innovative tools and products.
- Assist in managing end-to-end product delivery by breaking down Epics into technical stories, ensuring technical and operational quality.
- Participate in research and evaluation of technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
**Essential Skills/Experience**
- Able to lead senior stakeholder management (business, 3rd party vendors and IT) engagements and build strategic relationships.
- Has working experience with one or more of the following: Generative AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Graph Databases, or Computer Vision as a Product Owner.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- Understand Strategy, Product Vision and End to end Delivery.
**Desirable Skills/Experience**
- Master’s, MBA, or PhD in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a multinational company or pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience in late R&D or Quality function.
