**About the role**:
**In this role, you will**:
- Implement automation scripts using Ansible and Python to streamline processes and enhance productivity across development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions that meet business needs and technical specifications.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of software updates and features.
- Utilize Groovy scripting to customize and extend Jenkins functionalities for improved automation and integratio.
- Work closely with network operations teams to integrate software solutions that enhance network performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

**What you need to have to be considered**:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps
- Proficiency in CI/CD Pipelines
- Proficiency in optimizing CI-CD pipelines
- Proficiency in containerization using dockers
- Experience in creating dash boards
- Excellent debugging skills
- Experience in windows and Linux environments
- Experience in Kubernetes
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
