- ** Align R&D Processes with Business Objectives**: Lead efforts to align R&D processes with business objectives, enhancing our technology leadership and resolving key technical challenges
- ** Collaborate Globally**: Work with global partners and various stakeholders to drive market-oriented projects and long-term technology advancements, playing a crucial role in our innovation journey
- ** Shape Technology Roadmaps**: Execute and refine R&D strategies, actively shaping technology roadmaps that elevate our product line's competitiveness and fuel innovation
- ** Oversee R&D Projects**: Empower R&D project managers to deliver outstanding results that meet quality standards, budget, and deadlines, ensuring impactful project execution
- ** Facilitate Knowledge Transfer**: Promote the transfer of knowledge and best practices across the organization, significantly contributing to the continuous learning and development of our teams
- ** Build Strong Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, enhancing the visibility and influence of our product line on a global scale
- ** Intellectual Property Protection**: Develop and implement strategies for intellectual property protection, managing risks and aligning with corporate guidelines

**Your background**
- ** Education**:A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management or a related field is required, with significant experience working with transformers
- ** Experience**: [5+] years of experience in R&D, product management, or technology leadership roles within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- ** Context**: Strong understanding of engineering principles, R&D processes, and technology development practices, along with experience in managing complex projects.
- ** Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
