At Auxadi, we are looking for an Accountant Supervisor to join our International Team in our Madrid offices.

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Prepare and deliver financial statements and reports in compliance with local standars.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with both **local accounting/tax standards**.
- Plan deliverables and organize tasks effectively across projects.
- Support audit processes by preparing and submitting relevant documentation.
- Work with **Microsoft Business Central (BC)** and contribute to process improvement and automation.

**What do you need to be a potential Auxadi member?**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **4-5 years** of experience in a professional services firm or multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of**local accounting/tax regulations.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and client reports.
- Familiarity with **Microsoft BC** (Business Central ERP) is a plus.
- **Fluent English**(C1 or higher) - required.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Client-focused mindset with a drive to deliver excellent service.
