As our **Marketing Manager Iberia**, you will own local marketing strategy, using a combination of exceptional leadership skills, understanding of local insights and the ability to meet the needs of diverse customer and client base. Someone to continue to bring ASICS brand to the next level in the country while maintaining the highest of marketing standards.

**How you'll help us.**
Based out of our Iberia office, located in Barcelona and reporting to the Marketing Activation Director, as part of the role, you'll:

- Be the Marketing lead on the ground/in the country/ in the office and provide guidance to the team as appropriate. Be the spokesperson and main point of contact for the Marketing teams, but also for customers, agencies etc. externally.
- Team leadership and development.
- Ensure all local activations are on-brand and deliver business results.
- Lead on the execution of marketing strategy, while managing budgets.
- Build plans that account for local marketing insights, opportunities and challenges.
- Be the marketing lead on the ground and lead your team.
- Participate as marketing expert in EMEA projects.

**More about you.**
- Qualification in marketing, communication, business or related.
- Extensive experience in Marketing & TM, preferably in the same industry or with FMCG.
- Must have consumer brand marketing experience.
- Demonstrate media, digital, brand, PR, trade marketing capabilities.
- Leadership & people management experience.
- Critical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Passion for sport.
