Job Vacancy: Massage Therapist at Mantra Thai Massage Shop

**Location**: C/de Badajoz 10, Barcelona, 08005

**Working Hours**: Full time, 5 days a week, 12:00 - 20:00 must be able to work in weekend

**About Us**: Mantra Thai Massage Shop is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. You should have some massage experience like sport massage or relaxing massage, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in starting a career in massage therapy.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**: Proficient in English and Spanish. Additional knowledge of an Asian language (such as Thai or Vietnamese) is a plus.
- **Learning Ability**: Fast learner with good memory, able to remember instructions or willing to take notes.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Google Forms.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Able to communicate effectively with clients, manage booking schedules, and provide excellent customer service.
- **Team Player**: Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- **Flexibility**: Adaptable with working hours and job tasks.
- **Time Management**: Capable of managing breaks around customer bookings and maintaining productivity.
- **Physical Stamina**: Strong, energetic, and in good physical condition, able to perform strong massages and handle the physical demands of the job.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Training**: Attend a 7-day training course, free of charge (worth over €500) at Rinrada Thai Massage School and you have chance to continue with the course later
- **Client Interaction**: Manage client bookings, communicate directly with clients, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Shop Maintenance**: Perform basic cleaning tasks such as mopping, organizing massage rooms, doing laundry, and general upkeep of the shop.
- Must be ready to work immediately when customers arrive.
