**About us**

We are an independent hospitality company that owns and operates multiple bar and restaurant venues across Cardiff and Swansea. Founded in 2010, we’ve built on our combined knowledge and creativity to launch several successful bars and restaurants: BrewStone, Bambu, BrewDog Swansea, Peppermint and Frango which are some of the most popular and unique venues in South Wales, as well as ventures in property management, security and cleaning.

**The Role**

As the Group Beverage Manager, you will be required to liaise and network with brands to sign contracts, create new menus for each of our different brands and work closely with the General Managers and Bar Managers of each site. If you are interested in all things bars and beverages this is the role for you

**Responsibilities**
- Sign contracts with brands
- Create new menus, redesign the drinks programme and develop innovative
- Build a solid stocking policy and control
- Develop an exciting new training programme
- Analyse reports from Bar Managers
- Recruiting and training individuals
- Set up new bars for the group

**Salary**: 35,000.00€ - 47,000.00€ per year
