Enterprise Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for selling our cutting-edge software solutions to insurance companies. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and managing long-term client relationships. As the face of our company to enterprise-level clients, you will act as a strategic partner, helping customers understand the value of our solutions for their business needs.
**RESPONSiBILITIES**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the insurance sector through research, partners, networking, and industry events.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand the unique needs of each prospective client and present tailored software solutions that solve their specific challenges.
- **Full Sales Cycle Management**: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and close, typically working on a 6-month sales cycle.
- **Relationship Building**:Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, COOs) at insurance companies.
- **Pipeline Management**:Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and prioritization of opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align client needs with company offerings.
- **Forecasting**: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management on a regular basis.
- **Client Retention**: Post-sale, ensure smooth handoffs to the customer success team and stay involved in the relationship to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- **Market Feedback**:Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to the product development team to influence future product offerings.
