Key responsibilities / What you do

This office focuses on providing technical support and training in all claims, which includes automobile, aviation, life, etc. The person who joins us will participate in this office and give support to the different areas within Claims (communication, recoveries...). Some of the functions are giving support to:

- Process and manage claims both from a technical and administrative point of view.
- Open, in time and according to procedure, the files of the claim.
- Follow up on the claims process from notification to closing.
- Interlocution and coordination with the entities and people affected by the claims, negotiating with opponents and professionals.
- Answer questions and inquiries from insured customers, suppliers and injured parties.
- Studying last year of Degree or Msc. in Law, ADE, Economics, Engineering...
- Written and oral fluency in English(C1)
- Mandatory knowledge of Excel and Access.
- Valuable knowledge of Sap.
- Advance knowledge in Administration and Tax
- Person with high analytical capacity, results-oriented and decisive, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possibility of signing a 6-month internship agreement.
