**Your role within Keune Haircosmetics**

Then this exciting opportunity at Keune Haircosmetics is for you We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Director for our Keune office in Madrid, Spain. A challenging position in which you are responsible for the overall national marketing and communication strategy. You will translate the marketing objectives into a strong marketing plan and successful campaigns. You understand when and how branding can contribute to the further expansion of our market position and how offline and online can maximize each other. In short, a broad and varied position in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

**This is what you will do**
- Analyze and track performance marketing metrics;
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners;
- Manage marketing budget and show project ROI;
- Develop the brand awareness strategy at B2B and B2C level with defined objectives and integrated action plans;
- Create, develop and manage the team. Be responsible for the marketing expertise and help the rest of the team to grow and develop;
- Work closely with the Education and Commercial teams to ensure the alignment and execution of the brand strategy in the rest of the departments;
- Lead brand launches by creating local implementation, branding and consumer engagement strategies;
- Ensure brand identity, as well as ensuring that all actions are fully aligned with the brand core and values;
- Developing the brand's Social Media strategy together with the Social & Advocacy team, as well as the Digital strategy with the team.

**This is you**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Essential experience in Marketing role of at least 5 years
- People, results and objectives oriented
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- High level of English: C1-Advanced
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
