Workfully's vision is to give everyone their chance at building a better world.
We do that by building the first recruitment marketplace platform where independent recruiters can grow, engage and monetize their talent pools by connecting them with meaningful jobs at innovative companies globally.
The technology Workfully is building aims to create the most trustful recruiting experience, where transparency and value are distributed evenly across the network.
As an early stage startup we reached profitability early on in our first year of operation, working with global clients such as TravelPerk, OLX, BlackBerry, Accenture, Inditex, FreeNow and more.
In 2023, our second year in business, we successfully raised a 1.2m€ seed round which will allow us to build a team of about 12 people based in a our beachfront office in Barcelona.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and update Workfully's social media account
- Create, edit, and publish engaging written and video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals
- Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor social media platforms to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proven experience in creating and editing video content for social media platforms
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail (proven)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus// Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their respective best practices and algorithms.
