**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a** Back Office** in our team, you will:

- Manage and provide support to researchers who present projects in different academic areas
- Revise and validate submitted documentation
- Ensure effective communication with project evaluators regarding projects’ status, availability and administrative payments
- Proofread evaluation reports
- Manage researchers’ payment
- Keep track of required documentation regarding funding agreement
- Create and update Excel reports

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in English and have an advanced level of Spanish
- Have an academic degree preferably in Social Sciences or Health Sciences
- Have previous experience in the Academic or Research field
- Have good communication, organization, time management skills and can multitask
- Have some IT Knowledge
- Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW
