**Senior Inhouse Consultant (gn) IT-Services**

Full-Time; Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Munich, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Sau Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro or remote

The role:

- The Senior Inhouse Consultant (gn) has an comprehensive overview about all transformational and strategy execution topics related to a SoftwareONE Business Line Solution & Services.
- You will support defining, coordinating, and monitoring execution of critical strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives.
- Functional support of our workstream leads will also be part of your tasks.
- You will identify and structure transformational topics and prepares them for discussion, decision, and landing in the Business Line.
- Also, you will assure Governance implementation and adherence to operational principles for workstreams.
- You will work on the Data Intelligence Future of SoftwareONE.

What we need to see from you:

- You have a bachelor's degree in economics or IT, MBA or master's would be preferable.
- You already have demonstrated experience as a Management Consultant and experience of working within the IT Service Industry.
- Business acumen sets you apart and you have a solid understanding of Services business.
- You are proficient with business intelligence / reporting, can define reports and dashboards plus you have a passion for processes and managing operational cadence.
- You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player and you are interested to learn more about SoftwareONE business model.
- International travel is fun for you.
- You are fluent in English, but ideally you also speak Spanish, German or other languages.
