**Your tasks**

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as:

- Supporting diverse projects relating to both bottom-fixed and floating offshore wind in early development through execution, with a focus on the following services: design (from conceptual through detailed), contracting and writing employer's requirements and due diligence review of projects
- Your tasks in those projects will include regular communication with clients, especially when multiple concepts are under consideration, interfacing with grid operators, providing input on electrical & grid costs to our own cost modelling, engaging and managing subcontractors as necessary
- Completing projects for offshore wind farms around the globe along the entire project lifecycle, developing practical solutions to multifaceted problems
- Supporting an array of client types (e.g., project developers, seller, lenders, governments and non-governmental organizations) to successfully deliver offshore wind-related projects globally
- Get involved with potential projects already in the proposal stage, delivering scope and cost inputs to potential projects

**Your qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a master’s degree or other advanced degree is preferred
- A minimum of 10 years (Chief) / 4-10 years (Senior) of relevant professional experience in consulting or project management
- Substantial / extensive experience in offshore wind project development, execution and / or operation within a project developer organisation or in an Owner’s Engineer role within the relevant field
- Experience in all voltage levels (LV, MV, HV) for offshore wind
- Familiarity with grid codes in one or more key markets, such as Germany, Denmark, UK, The Netherlands, Belgium or the US
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Power Factory, PSCAD. Visio, etc.
- Profound industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development
- Experience in negotiating complex construction contracts
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation associated to offshore construction projects
- Proven track record, industry reputation and network
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions that promote / advance company goals and objectives
- Good writing and communication skills with an eye for analytical and persuasive presentations
- Track record of presenting technical options to clients, ideally including evaluation of options on cost basis
