We are looking for an Telesales Executives to contribute to generating sales for our Real Estate company.
- You will be responsible contacting clients that have directly enquired to gauge their interest ad requirements.
- An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator. They must be comfortable presenting property over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about property
- Answer questions about properties enquired for
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass to sales team in the field
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Telesales executive or other customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them
- Basic IT skills
