**Your missions**:
As the first dedicated Sales Development Representative of October Connect, your missions will include:
- **Pipe building & nurturing**: identify, qualify and nurture prospects for our October Connect offering from A-Z
- Be able to **demonstrate October’s product capabilities to customers** during live demos, written and oral presentations, etc.
- **Qualifying Leads**: you will be in charge for closing upsell deals and will be responsible in closing your own deals.
- **Organizational skills**: maintain CRM, market benchmark, etc.
- **Convey** October Connect’s unique value proposition to customers and handle objections proactively and creatively.
- **Help improve the product** and our offering by working in close coordination with the Product and Marketing teams.
This job is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on a major European Scale-Up: you will be part of a brand-new European business unit and will be leveraging your entrepreneurial skills to grow October Connect while benefitting from the resources of an established FinTech.
**Your Skills**
- You have **2 to 5 years** of experience in a **SaaS sales** environment
- Strong **verbal and written professional** communication skills in both **Spanish**, **Italian and** **English**:
- You are **passionate** about technology and like working with digital tools
- You are **objective-driven**, ambitious and curious
- You are **resilient** and can take the pressure: senior management exposure externally and internally
- You are a **self-starter** who can effectively work independently with little or no supervision
- You have an **entrepreneurial spirit**,a positive attitude and you love working with people.
