**What is this job about?**:
As a **Customer Service Representative**, your goal is to provide the best customer service experience for customers. On a daily basis, you will take care of the clients’ needs and try to sell to current customers.

**Your challenges**:

- Communicate with customers through various channels (mail, WhatsApp, phone, HR, physical points like studios by appointment)
- Make customer-related tasks in **national** and **international** marketplaces
- Report product issues to **Design** and **Sales** departments
- Relay models requests with lack of stock to Sales
- Communicate web incidents to Digital Marketing
- Provide help in **e-commerce management**: by supporting logistics in orders and returns service and by helping sales - uploading content to the platform
- Make package reception as well as back office tasks

**What do you need to come & join?**:

- Language skills:

- **Advanced level** in **Spanish** and **English** (C2)
- Proficient level of **Italian** and **French** (B2+)
- At least **1 year of experience** in **Customer Care**:

- A previous experience with ERP (ideally SAGE or presta-shop)
- Ability to balance customers and business needs
- Capacity to identify customer needs
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
