**Role: UAT Test Engineer**

**Job Location: Remote, Spain**

**Mode of hiring: Permanent**
- Performs User Acceptance Testing for our online ecommerce platform
- Manages and leads project testing involving in one to multiple functions and project teams with close engagement with all business and operations stakeholders
- Develops testing strategy, plans, schedules, critical testing deliverables, testing resource allocation plan, test cases and other related support required to complete the project testing with high quality
- Involve in phases of project from requirements, design and development to ensure ability to define plan, lead and complete testing
- Conduct regression testing, regular core project testing review calls, provide project testing dashboard reporting. Communicates project testing progress, escalations, and perform issues analysis to project manager and team members
- Collaborates with Project manager, team members, cross functional and business teams to complete full end to end testing, meeting defined scope, process and plan.
- Provide guidance to change management in new processes and solving issues encountered in testing to arrive at solutions, and ensure adherence to meet project objectives, roadmaps and schedules.

- Responsible for quality of project deliverables, ensuring project deliver the benefits outlined with quality
- Demonstrate strong leadership and excellent in communication
- Strong Business Acumen especially in Ecommerce

- Experience in project planning tools, testing tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project testing results. For example, Jira, Confluence & TestRail
- Ability to create and manage project test schedules and resource allocation plans
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills, mastery in English and local language.
- Strong Change Management and Negotiation skill with ability to manage and deal with conflict situations and changing environment
- Ability to effectively communicate project test plans, proposals, and results, and propose options
- Experience in coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources in testing. Organized and good understanding of Agile methodology and versions control.
- Strong collaboration skill with peers, cross functional teams and project teams, business users, manager, and external and internal service delivery partners.
- Ability to step up as project lead when need arise would be a plus point
- Test engineer experience 3 to 6 years
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience in Functional, Non-Functional testing, UAT tesing, A combination of Manual and Automation should be..
- Good at Agile process - Sprint, Scrum, Retro, Refinements etc
- Should have knowledge in SDLC, STLC, TDD, BDD, Agile and BLC
- Analyze system specifications. Good at deriving test scenarios and designing test cases
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Report bugs and errors with proper Bug Life cycle.
- Help troubleshoot issues, Analyze logs.

**Salary**: 30,000.00€ - 35,000.00€ per year
