**Job Description**:
**To deliver on the IT Strategy and Initiative priorities, you will drive communications, change management and process optimization across SGS’s global IT ecosystem as a core member of our Chief Information Officer’s (CIO) Office. You will build a broad and strong network of partnerships within IT, as well with external suppliers, in order to manage multiple challenges and to simplify complexity. You will use a broad range of skills and have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills. You can contribute to many different areas of focus from communications and strategic partnering to process optimization and performance management.**

**More specifically, you will**:

- Review and improve Strategic Partnering with key suppliers to ensure delivery of value for SGS;
- Align Strategic Vendor Management to Procurement segmentation analysis to optimize value for services;
- Define communication strategy for IT and guidelines to enable the IT teams to effectively communicate on achievements and with key stakeholders;
- Optimize workforce planning and recruiting processes including the development of KPI dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Provide governance and IT Organizational expertise to IT managers; participate in IT Governance committee;
- Develop and deliver performance dashboards to drive improvements and optimization;
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve IT Methodology frameworks;
- Develop and expand the Performance Objective process using OKR Framework;
- Review and optimize back-office processes such as Procurement, HR, and Finance, building strong Business Partnerships with the Functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT Management;
- Educated to Degree level in Information Management or Business Management or Financial Controlling;
- Proven work experience in IT Governance / Operations, Business Analysis, Portfolio / Project Management, Procurement, Finance;
- Familiarity with IT Processes Governance (ITIL) (Portfolio Management; Change Management Service Level Management, Project Management, IT Financial Management, etc.);
- Professional experience in project management and relationship management (business partnering);
- Ability to manage people which are not directly reporting to you;
- Fluent in English.

Additional Information
**This position will be based in our IT Hub in Madrid. We offer hybrid working.
