**Role Description**:

- Are you a dynamic leader with a track record of driving sales growth and an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing strategies? FocusEconomics is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts, bringing innovative solutions and a relentless drive for success. This role is not just about leading; it's about innovating, inspiring, and achieving top-line growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a robust sales and marketing strategy to significantly increase revenue and market share.
- Support the leader of our in-house sales team, by providing training, coaching, and performance management.
- Spearhead the creation of local sales teams across key financial centers globally
- Provide guidance for the marketing team leader to drive initiatives aimed at generating high-quality leads.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of sales processes and metrics to set goals, analyze performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- A seasoned leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the B2B, finance, or economic intelligence sectors.
- Someone with a demonstrable track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- A strategic thinker who can also execute tactically, with a deep understanding of our business, market, and client needs.
- An individual with an strong will to succeed, who knows how to motivate teams and drive them towards achieving ambitious targets.
- Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to propel business growth.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Fluent in English
