To face the next challenges, we are looking for an intern to join our Finance & Accounting team in Barcelona by the month of December.

Tareas

**Accounting Management**:

- Accounting support of international entities: Spain, Italy, Poland:

- Invoice processing of Spanish subsidiaries, ensuring their adequate analytical allocation
- Validation of employees’ expense reports
- Transversal support: payroll internalisation, administrative tasks

**Bank monitoring**:

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Follow-up supplier payments and customer receivables

**Management control / Reporting**:

- Monthly Reporting - P&L by country and analytical axes
- Review of accounting balance and P/L positions, ensuring accuracy, exhaustiveness, cut-off
- Ad-hoc missions focused on management control needs

**Requisitos**:

- Background in accounting / business management / finance
- Rigorous and meticulous
- Autonomous and organized
- Ability and desire to learn quickly and to adapt
- Mastery of Excel
- Experience with one or more accounting software is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English (French is a plus )
- You are available full time for 5-6 months
