**Role Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Design Director to join our Madrid studio working on corporate and consumer brands. This is an exciting opportunity where you will lead and direct the design team to deliver creative excellence. You will inspire your team and your clients through concept generation and big idea thinking.

**Experience**:
You will have experience in a top branding consultancy or design agency with experience of directing and leading a team. In this position you will need to demonstrate expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Figma and collaborative software.

We are looking for a naturally inquisitive, a good communicator who can inspire and delight the team, stakeholders and clients alike. We will be able to offer you a well-rounded range of benefits and an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive studio.
