The Marketing Department is responsible for proactively building the Essentra brand as a reference in the market for both current and potential clients, as well as a reference within targeted sectors (pharmaceutical and beauty). The Marketing department is essential in developing and communicating (externally and internally) the added value products and services that Essentra offers and will offer in the future, working in collaboration across the organisation, in particular, with the Commercial Team and the Innovation Team. Ultimately, the Marketing Department will support the organisation in building partnerships with customers.

The Marketing Business Analyst Graduate will support the Head of Marketing, as well as, the rest of the Marketing Team, in executing the Marketing Strategy and the Marketing Plan. He/She will understand Essentra's products and value added services from a technical perspective to support the Marketing and Sales Team. She/he will be responsible for managing the leads, maintaining the tracking of customers’ contracts and rebates and keeping up to date all documents and information to be used in the RFI process.

The job holder may be required to travel to Essentra locations, client locations, or PR events and will be required to be on-site majority of the week in our Madrid South office

**Job Requirements**

**GENERAL**:

- Understanding of Essentra capabilities and operating structure.
- Establish relationship and business wide network with all organisation, in particular with sales team, CSO and marketing team, to ensure info gathering, access and visibility.
- Identify and proactively communicate opportunities for improving own tasks.
**LEADS MANAGEMENT**:

- Implementing and managing quality data collection to ensure effectiveness in the commercial and marketing comms.
- Identify and Understand Essentra Lead - source of lead, lead behaviour, lead demographics etc
- Generate and Collect intelligence about lead - track links, monitor lead interaction with content etc
- Score Leads - manage lead by scoring their activity and engagement.
- Nurture Leads - Identify Lead interest to tailor sales
- Qualify leads based on interest and fitment.
- Pass Leads off to sales - pass off all relevant information of lead to sales
- Track and Measure Leads: conversion, etc
**RFI PROJECT**:

- Update the library with all relevant Sales & Marketing materials, (eg: corporate decks, lists of machinery, forms, etc.) to quick respond to RFI and other requests from customers and organisation.
- Supply of accurate and dependable data for customer‘s RFI to support CSO and sales team in the RFI process. Assure KAM approval process will be timely completed.
- Perform set up metrics. Provide monthly reporting related to the RFI activity.
**CONTRACTS AND REBATES TRACKING**:

- Ensure the collection of contracts and rebates documents and information.
- Maintain the C&R tracker updated.
- Provide reporting to Sales & Marketing Director when requested.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**
**Essential**:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Strong command of English: both spoken and written. Other languages preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of excel and data management tools
- Appetite to learn and agility to embrace new trends.
- High degree of initiative & autonomy.
- Analytical skills.
- Works effectively with others, as a Team and with the wider organisation.
**Desirable**:

- Experience in CRM.
- Preferably degree in Marketing, or Commercial studies.
