Main Responsibilities:
- Participate / lead optimization projects to improve Operational decisions for different countries- Act as contact between these countries and the central Analytics team- Discuss and identify potential for data-driven improvements- Contribute in Analytical development projects run from the central team- Based on data discovery creates basic understanding of the business questions context- Creates models, mostly Supervised and Unsupervised, that are trained/tested/validated trough evaluation methods.
About you:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (with continuously expanding responsibilities)-
- General understanding of bias and variance trade-off to avoid over/under fitting-
- Experience with Python to perform complex statistical analyses on both internal and external data;- General understanding of DBMS, statistics, linear algebra, probability and data structures- Familiar with database technologies like SQL or others- Several courses or minor education in machine learning is required
