**Do you want to join the Human Resources (HR) team at AVL Iberica?**

We are looking for qualified Human Resources Specialists to join our team located in Mataró (Barcelona) with the option of joining from Valladolid as well.

The person hired will carry out recruitment and selection tasks, department support tasks such as managing employee benefits and requests, and developing HR policies. You will use Human Resources information systems to ensure that all employee records are up to date and confidential.

The objective is to ensure that the operations of the HR department. run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the recruitment and selection processes of personnel
- Conduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiatives
- Offer support to employees on various HR -related topics
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies
- Guarantee compliance with labor regulations

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Valuable experience of more than 1 year in Human Resources
- Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of labor and employment legislation
- Possession of outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and people skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results-oriented approach
- English level B.2
