SAP Program Manager

Infotel UK is currently seeking a highly experienced SAP Program Manager to join our team. As an SAP Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects for our clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the overall SAP program, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business strategies and suggest process improvements where necessary.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external teams to facilitate project progress.
- Oversee resource allocation and resource management to ensure project efficiency.
- Monitor and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing SAP implementation projects.
- Prior experience as a Program Manager, overseeing multiple SAP projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex SAP programs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
