Aero Projects Continuous Improvement Leader

**Job Description Summary**:
Aero Projects Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for driving process standardization and implementation of continuous improvements by leveraging industry best practices in collaboration with other business functions.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
As the Aero Projects Continuous Improvement Leader, you will:
- Drive process standardization across ITO and OTR.
- Understand causes of projects non-conformances, implement processes and tools to mitigate non-conformances.
- Develop process improvements that have a significant impact on project execution performance including parts fulfillment, hot-list implementation, and warranty responsiveness.
- Pro-actively drive capture of lessons learned and manage quality issues preventative actions.
- Support Plant Engineering, C&C and Partnering initiatives to standardized processes for equipment design, supply, installation, and commissioning work scopes to lower total installed plant cost and improve execution quality.
- Partner with Project Managers and Project Core Team to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Provide Project Management support during the project pre-launch and launch phases to ensure on time readiness of processes, tools and equipment where applicable.
- Navigate and influence Aero HQ functions (e.g., Global Supply Chain, Engineering, and others) to ensure engagement continuous process improvements.
- Establish leadership rhythms to report on process standardization, continuous improvement, and total installed plant cost reduction implementation.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college and/or equivalent knowledge / experience.
- Significant complex project management experience in the energy industry in related functions, including proven functional leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills for identification, assessment, and analysis of problems.
