About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support the company's strategic goals. The role will require strong analytical skills, technical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do
Ensure all stakeholder have access to data and you’ll guide them to generate insights
Coordinate the continuous improvement of out Looker and Tableau reporting infrastructure
Provide insights to support business decisions
Collaborate with IT, business and other teams to gather and integrate data from various sources
Support the development and execution of data governance and quality control processes
Stay current with new BI technologies and recommend solutions to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or related field
Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Excellent SQL
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with data visualization and data storytelling
Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Bonus Points
Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing
Hand-on experience with DBT

2️⃣ Hiring Manager - Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (60min).
3️⃣ Technical Interview - We’ll go deeper on your technical skills (60min).
4️⃣ Final Interview - Last conversation focused on soft skills and ways of working (60min).
