**What we offer**: We offer a position as Media Manager, reporting to the Digital Marketing and Media Manager of the Natural Specialty Business Unit. You will be responsible for all media activity planning, activation and will ensure that it fits with brands objectives and guidelines. You will be part of a global team that ensure consistent communication and media activations. You will have to content piers and a Performance and Analytics one with whom you’ll have to daily interact, collaborate and coordinate to bring campaigns into live.
The position will be located in our Headquarters in Barcelona.
**What you will do**: ANNUAL MEDIA PLANS
- Briefing annual media plans by country (5 countries and 5 brands)
- Approve the annual media plan with the brand team. Needs to make sure the plan cover the business objective and Media Manager needs to guarantee to follow the media guidelines and is the best plan in terms of effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure to follow the media guidelines defined with all plans in the different geographies.
- Share learnings between brands
- Ensure to include all data strategy is correctly implemented according to every brand and market specificities.
CAMPAIGNS ACTIVATION
- Ensure coordination among different agencies
- Deliver all creativities to activate campaign
- Send url’s to the agency (to traffic the plan and activate it)
- Validate audiences activation
- Validate channel mix by plan
- Make sure to get efficient and best in class media plans
- Follow up the activation campaign has done properly, considering the different partners and based on media guidelines.
MEASUREMENT /OPTIMITZATION
- Real time measurement & optimization:
- Monitoring and diagnosis to define the changes to implement on the campaign d aligned with the agency
- Provide the inputs about optimization campaigns to the brand and to the content.
- Brand approves the changes and content prepare the adaptations.
- Propose A/B testing driven by optimization campaigns
- Weekly status with agencies about the campaign tracking
INVOICING:
- Budget control /PO’S and invoice tracking
- Budget exercises based on Brands inputs
**What we are looking for**: 3+ years of experience in media planning, preferably in Media Agencies
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience planning, executing, and reporting on off+on marketing campaigns
Experience with planning, media, digital and social media
Experience with 360º implementations
Knowledge of the following tolos (Business Manager, Analytics, Asana, Dashboarding)
Experience communicating media plans and activations into digestible content for internal stakeholders
Fluent Level of English. You will be collaborating with international teams.
