**Requirements**:
B1/B2 visa

STCW + Refresher as needed

Current Marine Medical (ENG1). 6 months minimum

Yacht rating (NAV)

Designated Security Duty

PBL2

RYA jet-ski instructor preferred

Tender driving skills is a must.

MUST be a professional, hard working, works without supervision. An organiser, happy disposition. Excellent English.

Experience with deck procedures, products, charter programs, water activities.

Verifiable first class references. Proven longevity.

**Job specifics**: 12 guests, 12 crew.

**The minimum requirements are as follows**:

- Yacht rating STCW 95 Reg. II/4 or III/4 Navigation
- Non-smoker
- English speaking
- Positive team player with an outgoing personality
- No visible tattoos in swimming gear
- Fit and capable of lifting 50 pounds with the energy to work the deck
- Experience driving high power multi engine tenders
- Previous on deck experience handling lines fenders, anchors, knowledge and proper practices of cleaning supplies

**Salary range**: Within yachting salary guidelines, DOE. All year round position.

**Package**: Complies with MLC2006 guidelines. To be finalized during hiring process.
