**Key Responsibilities**:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

- New Product Introduction
- Manufacturing, process & tool design
- Manufacturing Layout and Work Instructions
- Process and equipment validation
- Implements Automation solutions with an Advanced Manufacturing perspective
- Implements new manufacturing processes to support customer products Implements Production systems to ensure maximum utilization of critical resources, maximum throughput, minimum cost and capacity growth; involves integrating equipment, people, material flow systems, and information systems
- Solves technical product, process, component, and related problems that affect the efficient operation and/or manufacture of products.

**REQUIRED Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Knowledge and understanding of design of processes and manufacturing solutions (At least 6 months of experience working in manufacturing processes)
- Knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing assembly process
- Knowledge of essential process quality tools (P-FMEA, Control Plan)
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
- Knowledge of materials and components used in the construction of assemblies/subassemblies
- Ability to evaluate materials, gather and analyze data and determine root cause of problems
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external customers
- English very good command written and spoken

**DESIRED Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Highly valuable experience in Electronic Manufacturing assemblies and compliance (IPC, NADCAP, ISO)
- Knowledge of process quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, CAPA, MSA)
- Knowledge in FDA compliance related with health tech devices
- Knowledge and understanding of the process and equipment validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Knowledge and understanding of tool & poka-yokes design (AutoCad, Solid Works, or equivalent)
- Lean Manufacturing basic concepts
- Six Sigma basic concepts

**Education**
- Master / Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or equivalents
- Master / Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalents
