Capgemini is currently seeking a Cyber Security Operational Lead with management capabilities to join our Cyber security area.

In this role you will be supporting and participating in some of our client’s contracts, maintaining a rigorous service delivery program. You will be the first and the key company contact of our clients, having the responsibility of driving their necessities based on the current contract. Alongside this you will support and facilitate our clients’ operations, providing outstanding support and advisories in terms of Cybersecurity.

Description:

- Lead the clients’ service delivery, following a consistent management methodology.
- Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with clients by working closely with them to understand their business needs and operational needs.
- Ensure service commitment. Be responsible for service delivery reports and others requested by the management or client.
- Develop a culture where training and development are part of the team, identify actions, and work with trainers to ensure the skills and knowledge are cultivated effectively.
- He proactively works on service improvement initiatives and articulates plans to improve service quality.
- Provides reports on the capacity of both active and effective equipment and provides results to meet the required contractual reporting requirements.
- Self-management for strategic and routine activities
- Team player, advisor by nature, problem-solving mindset approach, and self-motivated are key characteristics
- In this central role, you will coordinate and lead a team in Madrid, making sure the deadlines are met and the correct KPIs are established.
- Perform a client satisfaction program based on a given process
- Ensuring service documentation and knowledge base maintenance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of five years of related work experience in technology security management, audit services, IT operations, technology-related consulting, and/or risk management
- Progressive experience managing multiple projects concurrently with excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Good English writing and speaking skills, at least B2 level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of various levels.
- Project management skills are desirable (PMP, PRINCE)
- Demonstrable capabilities of personnel management
- Relevant IT or Risk Management certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC and CISA) is a plus
- General working knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controllers, etc.., certification on AZ-500 is a plus.
