Product Owner

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product - a platform for digital marketers.

And this is our **Product Owner** **(Light Team)** role for those who know how to build a successful product development strategy, appreciate communication with users, and are ready to conquer the international market together with the team.

**Tasks in the role**
- Building product strategy and data strategy.
- Creating a product roadmap for the long term (1-2 years) and short term.
- Forming product hypotheses, defending, and testing them.
- Identification, elaboration, and prioritization of requirements.
- Maintaining the product backlog.
- Customer development.
- Monitoring and analysis of product metrics.
- Interaction with data providers, development, and marketing teams.
- Conducting product planning and PBR in the development team.
- Competitive analysis.
- Protection and regular synchronization of product strategy with business representatives.
- Communicating product plans to company employees.

**Who we are looking for**
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and understanding of Product Owner role.
- Experience in setting goals for the development team.
- Ability to listen and hear the other party, to negotiate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate level of English or higher.
- Analytical mind.
- You have experience in UX prototyping and UX testing or experience working in a team with a UX designer.
- Technical background (understanding of databases and algorithms).

The **Light Team** focuses on building digital agency-specific CRM. This is the core tool for our Agency Unit. We started developing this about two years ago and see a promising interest and a possibility to be a leader in this market segment.
