General Services Technician

**IDIBELL is looking for a** Maintenance and Electronic technician**

**About the unit**

General Services Unit duties are related to the infrastructures of the various spaces in use and all services necessary to ensure the proper functioning and management of the laboratories. The Unit comprises two sections: Maintenance and Facilities.

The **Maintenance** section is in charge of preventive, corrective and regulatory maintenance of apparatus, as well as to keep inventory updated.

The **Facilities **section takes care of facilities design and conditioning and to coordinate access control.

**About the role**

Maintenance and Electronic technician to manage incidents and supervise reparations, also giving support in the adaptation of spaces in electrical installations, structuring and adaptation of spaces. It will also support the relocation and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

**Job requirements**

Professional experience
- Minimum six months of experience in a similar position

Education and training
- Higher education certificate in electricity or maintenance

Technical skills
- Good skills to explain problems and reparations to supervisors ( laboratory or hospital environment)

Languages
- Good command of the English language
**We will value, but not required**
- Knowledge of water and A/C installations
- Working experience in the preventive and corrective maintenance planning
- Administrative skills ( office, outlook, ERP, ticketing system...)
