**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We’re looking for a full-time English & Spanish Speaking Booking Agent to join our Reservations team on a remote basis however ideally based in Barcelona.

As a Booking Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our top clients and will work with them to make sure they are well looked after before & during their stay.

Some of the activities you’ll be responsible for are:

- Be a dedicated point of contact for our top clients, building strong client relationships: e.g. understanding their accommodation requirements & respond to their queries.
- Research and source the perfect housing solutions for our corporate clients.
- Advise our clients on the best suited properties according to their budget, family size, office location, bespoke requirements.
- Build strong relationships with our suppliers & negotiate rates.
- Issue quotes & proposals for our clients to match their housing request.
- Work closely with the IT team to identify bug, generate new ideas and overall improvements to the service.
- Work on excel to create and calculate rates

You should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever you are needed

**WHAT THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Ideally someone with 2-3 years Sales experience in an office environment.
- A natural organizer with strong attention to detail
- Go-getter attitude where you will think outside of the box and ensure that sales are secured. There always has to be a solution to ensure our clients get the best quality service.
- Ruthlessly efficient - able to deal with multiple tasks at once and prioritise as necessary
- Happy getting hands dirty with all types of tasks - evidence that you’re a real ‘do-er’
- Perfect spoken and written English and Spanish
- Creative thinker and looking for smart ways to improve the day-to-day process. Proactive about sharing and implementing your ideas
- Comfortable speaking with customers - often you’ll be speaking to very senior people at a variety of organisations
- Tech savvy as you will be juggling multiple software programmes
- A fun & friendly team member

**Salary**: 26,500.00€ - 33,500.00€ per year
