**What you'll be doing...**

A fantastic opportunity has opened for passionate retail professional with a desire to join an international company. As part of the commercial operations team, you will support the ongoing development of our outlet centre in Malaga through assisting the retail team in building close relationships with our brand partners, identifying opportunities within the marketplace, as well as administrative and reporting activities.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the performance of stores through providing support in analytical work as well as providing guidance to store managers on visual merchandising, store training and outstanding customer experience. You will provide all relevant reporting in relation to the McArthurGlen standards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

**To be successful you'll bring...**
- You have experience in store management, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry
- You possess solid analytical and reporting skills
- You work with high accuracy and attention to detail
- You have proven expertise in building strong and long lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Your communications skills are excellent
- You are fluent in both Spanish and English - speaking, reading and writing
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office
