Temp Total Rewards Analyst

**About the role**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist in the design and implementation of a company-wide Job Architecture framework, including job leveling, titling, job descriptions, data analysis, and market benchmarking.
- Contribute to the end-to-end preparation for the Annual Compensation Planning cycle, including data validation, system testing, stakeholder communications, budget approvals tracking, and overall project needs.
- Analyze, compare, and research data in Excel to build tools and facilitate Total Rewards decision-making.
- Partner with the Benefits team to support the administration of international benefits programs, ensuring accurate execution across multiple countries.
- Support all aspects of Open Enrollment - preparation, system testing, vendor management, communications, education, presentations, and execution of plans.
- Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures for our Total Rewards processes.

**Expected Areas of Competence**:

- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Must be proficient in MS Office: Excel (including Pivot table and V-Lookup), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills; ability to effectively deal with multiple activities and priorities on a timely basis
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze compensation or benefits data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across US time zones and in a virtual global team environment

**What you’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 - 3 years of Human Resources experience; OR equivalent higher-level work experience in place of a degree.
- Prior Compensation experience strongly preferred.
