**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using tools like **Grafana**.
- Lead incident management processes, ensuring quick resolution and proper post-mortem analysis.
- Implement robust problem management frameworks to address root causes and minimize recurrence.
- Work within** Agile**frameworks to align operations goals with development cycles.
- Plan and manage releases to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes.
- Collaborate with network engineering teams to implement high-availability and fault-tolerant network architectures.

**What you bring**:
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with **AWS** cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like **Docker** and orchestration platforms like **Kubernetes**.
- Proficiency in IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools such as **Terraform**and configuration management tools.
- Familiarity with service meshes like Istio and package managers like Helm.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly ArgoCD.
- In-depth experience with monitoring tools like **Grafana**, and log management systems.
- Understanding of **agile** methodologies and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proven expertise in incident management, problem management, and release management.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, DNS, load balancers, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in **English** (International project)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or DevOps practices.
- Experience with GitOps workflows and tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
