Technical Trainer Pc

**About the role**

Responsible for coordinating, developing, preparing, executing, and evaluating training on the shopfloor for all Personal Care positions. This position will lead the Continuous Training Program of PC department with the support and guidance of the Organizational Improvement Department.

**What You Will Do**
- _Responsible for welcoming the new employees of the MBU. _
- _Train all new shopfloor employees and apprentices in general competencies of safety, quality, production, and methods. (Legal Skill Matrix) _
- _Support to the production and maintenance teams for new hires during their On Boarding period. _
- _Coordinate each line management to ensure compliance with the education and training of new employees before start the shift pattern calendar. _
- _Participate together with safety, quality, production, logistics and continuous improvement department, in update and improve the standards and training materials. _
- _Responsible for training shopfloor teams in general and technical process competencies when determined by the skill matrix. _
- _Ensure the correct development of the different training and technical training processes: On Boarding, leading position, multicompetence, versatility, promotion, focused training. _
- _Together with the Continuous Training Program team, ensure compliance with training, coordination, evaluation for all new standards for all plant positions. _
- _Ensure all employees have their own skills matrix and support the updating of these by all departments (SMQDC). _
- _Manage the control system (Rubik) and reports in Power BI of the skill matrix for all positions. _
- _Detect opportunities for improvement both in the management of training and in methods and materials. _
- _Prepare the qualification processes by job position, including the definition of on-site observations, evaluation questionnaires and the subsequent feedback process and training action plan. _
- _Prepare focused training processes based on the agreement with the RSTs. _
- _Train as an expert in skills blocks of the Manufacturing Academy to be able to prepare and transfer knowledge at the shopfloor level through the skill matrix of the target people positions. _

**Who You Are**
- _Level of education - Higher education is an asset. _
- _Level of experience required - 3 years minimum on PC _
- _Fundamentals in mechatronics. _
- _Expert in the Personal Care processes. _
- _Effective communication (Training and public communication) _
- _Active listening. _
- _Ability to transfer knowledge effectively. _
- _Proactivity and autonomy. _
- _Ability to organize and service different units at the same time. _
- _Rigor is required. _
- _Ability to generate training material. _
- _Office skills (Excel, Word, PPoint,...) _
- _Teamwork and influencing. _
- _Knowledge of the English language is an asset. _
